MSCA-DN LeidenForce  

The LeidenForce project aims to comprehensively study the Leidenfrost effect and propose novel applications, either to mitigate its adverse effects or leverage its advantages. Ten Doctorate Candidates (DC) will be hired to tackle target projects in 9 European Institutions with two implicated non-academic partners like AIRBUS and CRM (Center of Research in Metallurgy).

The consortium is constructed around 9 Academic Institutions in Europe: Université Libre de Bruxelles, University of Twente, Norwegian Technical University, Ecole Supérieure Industrielle de Physique et de Chimie, Université de Lille, Université Claude Bernard de Lyon, Université de Pau et Pays de l'Adour, ISTA, and Université de Liège. The CNRS is full partenaire and three groups are involved in the secondments of the PhD students: AIRBUS, CRM (Ghent and Liège), and Centre Spatial Liège.
