Biography

David Quéré is a physicist working in the field of interfaces - whose main objects are films, drops, and bubbles.

His most recent activities concern the dynamics of viscous non-wetting drops, the evaporation of complex liquids, the impact of drops on hot surfaces, and the Leidenfrost effect - which he studies together with five PhD students.
