By making selected intermediate outputs publicly accessible, research teams enable methodological reuse, foster cross-project connections, and contribute to a more cumulative and robust scientific knowledge base.
Within this framework, the LeidenForce project is launching its new Public Deliverables page. This dedicated space provides open access to selected documents illustrating the scientific, technical, and organisational work carried out throughout the project.
These materials are not final scientific publications, but structured research outputs that document the progression of knowledge within the consortium.
What are deliverables in Horizon Europe projects?
Horizon Europe-funded projects are organised into Work Packages (WPs), each addressing a specific scientific, technical, or organisational objective.
Within this structure, deliverables are formal documents produced at key milestones to document the project’s progress and report on scientific, technical, or organisational achievements.
They may include:
- Methodological frameworks
- Intermediate scientific results
- Experimental tools and protocols
- Training activities
- Communication and dissemination outputs
After internal validation, deliverables are submitted to the European Commission according to the Grant Agreement. Some remain confidential due to intellectual property or sensitive content, while others are approved for public dissemination.
LeidenForce Work Packages overview
The LeidenForce project is structured into six Work Packages (WPs).
Scientific core
- WP1 – Droplet (droplet dynamics and vapour film behaviour)
- WP2 – Gap (vapour layer and interface phenomena)
- WP3 – Substrate (surface–fluid interactions and boundary conditions)
